so everyone knows. this tuesday the 19th is talk like a pirate day. (http://www.talklikeapirate.com/piratehome.html)

It is also the primaries in MA, so make sure when you vote for the least of three evils (if ye be voting democrat), that you talk like a pirate at the polls and vote in blood (not necesarily yer own).
I don't know of any other party having a primary so... the best of luck?

haven't updated in a while.
Life's been good. Genreally just works out that way for me.
Going back to Worcester to stay for the summer this monday (most likly).
I have a bunch of tomoto plants and a couple squash plants sprouted for this summer, but only one of the bell pepper seeds i planted actually sprouted so hopefully they will work for Jeff. When we planted Jeff was sprinking seeds into the soil and now we have like over 50 sprouted tomatos with def' not enough room for them. bah! need to find other containers. I will have to euthenize some of them. i already removed some of the smallest ones that didn't seem to be doing so well. If only it were that easy in society. heh. (j/k of course). I actually do feel kinda bad, that's why i haven't removed any until today and i plan to get more space for them and hopefully find a home for them...

yea this post had no purpose 'cept to show im still alive or something.

pe4ce

So appearently someone's basic impression of me, without knowing me much, is that I am an armchair liberal. ugh! wtf?! Like he can even say that. I dont know if i'm insulted or if i just don't care, considering who said it. I'll give ya'll a hint: his name rhymes with Bo.
I am on the side of not caring, but it cant help but make me feel defensive, which sucks. course i was never to know that, i heard from someone who knows him.
but, i mean seriously? a liberal?! and an armchair one at that. ok im done with this silly selfish rant. hehe. :)

EDIT:::
ok so i will edit this real quick. just to clarify, I am not oblivious to the fact that i am going to college and bettering myself right now, I have accepted that this is an almost necessary selfish period in my life. I am however still shocked a) another college kid would say that to me, and b) that he thinks im a liberal. c) also, now that i look at the definition, i think that i am doing some things at least at the personal level and also im not the type that wants to ruin the world by trying to fix it so bah never mind...

this entry doesnt really say what i think its a jumble of my thoughts, appologies. just take out what you think is good. hehe.

Went to a show at the flywheel last night with George. It was pretty darn good. Playing was: Ampere (http://www.chernobylmedia.com/ampere/), Mass Movement of the Moth (http://mmmbrains.com/), Order of the Dying Orchid, and another band with Mice in their name (i forget but they were good). I got a tape of MMofM and a 10" (pfff...) Ampere record. They all seemed like nice people (pretty much everyone playing). Ampere's table had "Why Vegans" on it so i talked to Stephen (the singer) shortly about vegan, mostly how we didnt like PETA, and thats why he got the "Why Vegan"s.
Oh and before the show there was a potluck kinda thing. I made a vegetable and chickpea curry with coconut milk. it was pretty damn good (throwing away all modesty). It did get a little cold, and the veggies got a little soggy, but all was good. and i had awesome vegan cookies! yum! It just didnt feel like a potluck cuz we didnt all sit around socializing like a potluck but i mean im sure the bands were hungry and whatever. shit i shouldve gotten the recipe for the snickerdoodle cookies. they were awesome! as were the chocolate chip cookies but i think i have the recipe now cuz Ampere handed out a zine type thing with a couple recipes in it.

So this is the cat i took in last week. Now that I am in Westfield, Firestorm is still in Worcester at Beckx's house. He seems to be doing well there. Here are a couple pictures of him and some goofball holding him. No Cut cuz I wanna show him off.

Aww... he is the best!
Yea, his name is Firestorm like the Earth Crisis song. It is such a bad and rediculous song. Lyrics found here.

I found a cat outside last nite. It was meowing a bunch. He has only a flea color and that was wrapped around his neck and one of his legs. He is really skinny and I think was cold. So I brought him inside last nite, for warmth and food... Im really not sure what to do with him. He is soo skinny and hasnt eaten much. But he does know to use the litter. I wanna fatten him up before I leave worcester, and hopefully he can go back outside. oh and we named him, "Fireball", "Don King" "Don Fireball King", and "Sam".
Anyone have any thoughts on this? Some advice could be very useful. OH and he hasnt been eating the catfood we got him. We got wet food. He does drink milk though.

oh yumm. the peanut soup i made tonight tasted sooo good. i wonder how it compares to peanut soup made by someone else since i've never had it before. but i loved it.
in it was: onion, ginger, garlic, carrot, potato, kidney beans, vegetable broth (bouillon+water), spices (crushed red pepper, chili powder, tumeric, pinch of curry, pinch of cinimon, salt, pepper), peanut butter, and soy milk. and it was de-lish.
